Rachel Kraska

Rachel Kraska is an accomplished talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Head of Talent at Voltage Park since November 2023, where responsibility includes building the team from the ground up. Previous roles include Talent Advisor at Language I/O and MaxMyInterest, and Talent Acquisition Consultant at Stylitics and the Detroit Lions. As Director of Talent Acquisition at ShopRunner from 2017 to 2021, Rachel led a successful talent acquisition team, focusing on developing scalable and equitable hiring practices. Additional experience includes roles at Grindr, ConsenSys Mesh, Table XI, and Signal™, with expertise in sourcing high-caliber talent across various industries. Rachel holds an MA in Journalism and Mass Communications from the University of Colorado Boulder, an MLIS from Dominican University, and a Bachelor's degree in Music Technology from Duquesne University.
