Kate Saltzman

Kate Saltzman has spent the last 14 years of her career working in the oil and gas space. Most recently she was the Director of Human Resources for Fluid Delivery Solutions, LLC overseeing all human resources activities for 900 employees. Prior to that, she was with FTS International based out of the Aledo, TX, District responsible for the direct HR needs of 35 rotational crews operating throughout the United States as well as a manufacturing facility. Kate started her oil and gas career in Pittsburgh, PA, at Red Oak Water Transfer and assisted in the merger that created Rockwater Energy Solutions.

Kate holds a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism with a minor in English from Texas Tech University. She also holds her Professional Human Resources certification.
