Sudeept Selot

Sudeept Selot is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in corporate and talent management, currently serving as the Head HR - Corporate & Support and Talent Acquisition at Voltas Limited since April 2023. With a progressive career spanning over a decade, Sudeept previously held various leadership roles at Mumbai Metro One Pvt. Ltd., including Deputy General Manager Human Resources and Senior Manager - Human Resources. Before that, Sudeept worked at Reliance Cement and Aditya Birla Group, contributing to multiple HR subsystems such as learning & development, compliance, policy formation, and employee engagement. Sudeept holds a Master's degree in Social Work with a focus on Human Resources and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science, both from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda.
