Agustin Russo

Agustin Russo has an extensive work experience in various companies and roles.

Agustin is currently working as the Consultancy Office Director at Volteo Digital since 2022. In this role, they handle professional services offering strategy and management, including alliances and pre-sales. Agustin also oversees the delivery of consulting services and designs customer-facing and internal operating models.

Prior to that, from 2021 to 2022, Agustin served as the Digital Operations Manager at Stats Perform. Here, they led the digital transformation and management efforts to drive business expansion, organizational agility, cost optimization, and operational excellence. Agustin focused on improving process quality, implementing automation, and driving innovation through analytics.

From 2017 to 2019, Agustin worked at Amadeus, first as the Digital Automation Lead and then as the Head Of Strategic Planning for Digital and Transformation Services. In these roles, they managed the corporate IT service portfolio and played a key role in shaping and driving the digital transformation of the global IT function.

Before that, Agustin was the Global Cybersecurity Operations Director at Prosegur from 2015 to 2016. Agustin was involved in the founding of the Prosegur cybersecurity startup (currently Cipher) and co-led the strategy and go-to-market efforts. Agustin was responsible for the product and service lifecycle and the design and deployment of regional service centers.

From 2013 to 2015, Agustin worked at Royal Mail as the IT Strategy and Planning Manager. Here, they were responsible for corporate IT service and project strategy, as well as the consolidation of the legacy IT portfolio into a digital transformation program.

Agustin also has experience at KPMG, where they held various roles from 2010 to 2013, including Principal Advisor and Senior Manager. Agustin was involved in the creation and development of the CIO Advisory and M&A IT LoBs in Spain and the UK and directed project delivery for digital strategy, transformation, and operating model services.

Prior to KPMG, Agustin worked at Capgemini from 2006 to 2009 as a Managing Consultant. Agustin played a leadership role in the IT Strategy practice and was responsible for practice evolution, commercial development, and project delivery for top regional accounts.

Agustin's career began at Bain & Company, where they worked from 2002 to 2006. Agustin held roles such as Technology Services Regional Coordinator for Europe and Africa and Technology Services Manager for Iberia. Agustin managed IT service delivery, operations, and projects at the regional level and was responsible for the deployment of a new global IT operating model.

Lastly, Agustin started their career at Bull in 1999 as a Product Manager. Agustin launched a new service line focusing on open/distributed systems and led product management and integration project delivery.

Before Bull, Agustin worked at Miller Building International from 1997 to 1999 as a Systems Administrator. Agustin played a key role in the design and deployment of IT and OT infrastructure, telecommunications, and core systems for a civil engineering joint venture.

Throughout their career, Agustin has demonstrated expertise in digital transformation, strategic planning, cybersecurity, IT service management, and project delivery in various industries.

- From 2013 to 2014, they attended Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia (U.N.E.D.) and earned a Certificate in International Economy, specializing in Economics.

- In 2009 and 2010, they studied at Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia (U.N.E.D.) and obtained a Professional Expert degree in Community Mental Health, focusing on Psychology.

- During the same period, they also pursued a Diploma in Anthropology and Development at Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia (U.N.E.D.), specializing in Anthropology.

- In 2002 and 2003, they enrolled at Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia (U.N.E.D.) and completed a University Expert program in Science, Technology, and Society, with a focus on Sociology.

- Agustin attended ORT Argentina from 1998 to 2001, where they obtained a degree in Programming Analysis, specializing in Computer Systems Analysis.
