Monica Hidalgo

Monica Hidalgo began their work experience in 2007 as an International Business Development Assistant at Paris&Co. Monica then worked as a Program Administrator at Sanmina-SCI from September 2007 to August 2008. From 2008 to 2012, they served as a Coordinator for Corporate International Customer Service at Panduit. In 2012, Monica joined Flex as a Manager in the Advanced Engineering Group until October 2015. Starting in July 2014, Monica worked at Volteo Digital, initially as a Director of PS Operations until June 2017, then as a Senior Director of Corporate Operations, and finally as the Vice President of Operations from October 2020 onwards.

Monica Hidalgo's education history begins in 2002 when they enrolled at Universidad de Guanajuato to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Business. Monica completed their studies in 2008. In 2005, Monica attended Excelia, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a major in Finance & Marketing. Most recently, in 2020, Monica attended Harvard Business School for an Executive Education program in Driving Corporate Performance.
