Clay Foster

Clay Foster has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Clay began their career as a Human Resources Assistant at United Fulfillment Solutions Inc., where they supported the strategic logistical locations. Foster then moved on to Midwest Industrial Rubber, Inc., where they held two roles. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, they were responsible for recruiting, and later as a Human Resources Business Partner, they oversaw recruiting and safety while partnering with the Human Resources Director and CFO to drive business performance. Foster then joined Electric Power Systems, a company specializing in electrical testing and maintenance, as a Human Resources Director. Clay continued in this role when Voltyx was formed as the Holdings Company for Electric Power Systems. As the Human Resources Director at Voltyx, Foster is responsible for guiding partners through the modernization of electrical infrastructure.

Clay Foster pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resource Management from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. Clay attended this institution from 2010 to 2014. Later, in 2015 to 2016, Clay pursued a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management at Lindenwood University.
