Jan Segerstam

Jan Segerstam has over 25 years of work experience in various leadership and strategic roles within the energy sector. Jan is currently serving as the Vice President of Strategy and Business Development at Volue, where they focus on enabling growth and strategic innovation of the company's businesses in the energy sector services and technologies. Prior to this, Jan was the Vice President and Deputy CEO at Enerim Oy, where they played a key role in leading the growth and transformation of the company. Jan has also held positions such as Strategy Director at Enerim and Development Director at Empower group. Jan's expertise lies in initiating and leading strategic projects, developing new markets and customer segments, and initiating industry change through international partnerships.

Jan Segerstam completed an EMBA in Business Administration from Aalto University in 2011-2012. Prior to that, from 2007-2009, they pursued a specialization in Business Development at Helsingin kauppakorkeakoulu. Additionally, they attended Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University from 1994-1996, and Tapiolan lukio from 1990-1993.
