Constance Ho Qiya

Constance Ho Qiya is a seasoned HR professional with a background in diverse industries such as technology, social entrepreneurship, and logistics. Constance has experience in driving HR initiatives, people development, diversity, and inclusion programs. Constance is currently working as a Senior People Development Partner at Volumental, where Constance focuses on building plans and programs for people development across all teams. Constance has also held HR roles at Impact Hub Stockholm, Toll Group, ShopBack, Chappuis Halder & Co., British Council, and TECH Semiconductor Singapore Pte Ltd (now Micron Technology Inc.). Constance holds a B.Sc in Life Sciences from the National University of Singapore.
