Sam Tikriti

Sam Tikriti is the current President & COO at Volumetric Building Companies. Prior to this, they served as Senior Vice President, Design & Construction at Mericle Commercial Real Estate Services from September 2019 to September 2020. From March 2005 to March 2019, they were with ModSpace as Vice President, Construction & Asset Management. Sam also worked with GE Capital from March 2003 to March 2005 as Regional Construction Manager. Their other previous positions include Project Manager at Wight & Company from November 2001 to March 2003, and Architect at Anderson Mikos Architects, ltd. from August 1998 to November 2001.

Sam Tikriti has a Master of Science in Project Management from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Architecture from Iowa State University.

Sam Tikriti reports to Vaughan Buckley, CEO. They work with David Fetzer - Chief Commercial Officer, Dave Elmer - Chief Information Officer, and Wojciech Poludniewski - COO, Europe.
