Irene Zawitkowski

Irene Zawitkowski was born in 1953 in New Jersey. She has a B.S. degree in Accounting and received an MBA degree in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 1978.​

Ms. Zawitkowski was working at Lonza, Inc. as an accounting supervisor in the mid 1970s. She assisted Mr. Gibs in setting up Volumetric in 1978. She has been an officer of the Fund since inception. She served as President and Portfolio Co-Manager from September 2003, to 2016. Ms. Zawitkowski also served as Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") from 2016 to 2022 and Senior Portfolio Manager of the Fund from 2016 to 2021, and as Portfolio Manager since 2021. Ms. Zawitkowski was appointed Chair of the Board in 2018. She is also Executive Vice President of Volumetric Advisers, Inc.
