Vincent Arscott

Vincent Arscott is a New Jersey native and earned a B.S. degree in Commerce with a major in Accounting from Rider University in 1987.

He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®), a distinction that exemplifies a strong understanding of advanced investment analysis and portfolio management skills. Vincent is also a member of the CFA® Society of New York and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Mr. Arscott began his career over 30 years ago. His experience in the financial services industry most recently has included employment as a Senior Director at Kroll Bond Rating Agency. Additionally, Mr. Arscott had served in senior capacities at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC), Fitch Ratings and the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. He brings an array of experience to the Volumetric team including multi-sector financial analysis, financial accounting, audit, and credit risk management.

He is the Vice President and Portfolio Manager of Volumetric Fund and Volumetric Advisers, Inc.
