Farzana Topia

Farzana Topia is an experienced project and volunteer manager with a diverse background in both retail and community service. Currently serving as Project Manager in Warwickshire for Volunteering Matters since March 2019, Farzana has held various roles within the organization, including Engagement Manager and Volunteer Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Retail Regional Volunteer Coordinator for Sue Ryder and a Senior Sales Assistant at Thorntons, where responsibilities included team management, cash handling, and administrative tasks. Farzana also contributed to several volunteer initiatives through roles at Lidl UK, Ano Pri Zivot, and Community Service Volunteering, showcasing a deep commitment to community engagement and support. Farzana earned a BSc in Sociology from Loughborough University between 2006 and 2008.
