Geoff Sharp

Geoff Sharp is an experienced leader in the social and community sectors, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Volunteering Victoria since January 2024. Prior roles include System Lead for Early Childhood Development at Social Ventures Australia and Associate Consultant at Collaboration for Impact. Geoff founded Rebus Group Pty Ltd and managed systems change initiatives at The Front Project. Additionally, Geoff contributed as a Community Member and Social and Community Working Group Lead for the Central Highlands Regional Partnership and engaged in various other community-focused initiatives. Geoff holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, demonstrating a commitment to vocational training and capacity building within the community.
