Rob Malone

Rob Malone is currently the Chief Business Development Officer at Volunteers of America Chesapeake, where Rob leads the organization's growth initiatives for development and program expansion. Rob is also the Founder of Mentoring to Manhood, where Rob sets the strategic direction and improves the quality of services for young boys. With experience in relationship management at M&T Bank and Six Sigma and Quality Management at GE Capital, Rob has a solid background in business. Rob holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor's degree from Howard University.
