Kaitlin Elmore

Kaitlin Elmore currently serves as the Caring Companion Program Manager at Volunteers of America Colorado since January 2024. In addition, Kaitlin has held the role of Deacon with the Rocky Mountain Conference of The United Methodist Church since June 2017. Previous experience includes serving as an Alumni Coordinator at Northpoint Recovery from September 2021 to July 2023, and various chaplaincy roles at UCHealth and Suncrest Home Health & Hospice. Kaitlin also worked as a Pastor at Metropolitan Community Church and a Residential Counselor at Turning Point Center for Youth & Family Development. Educational credentials include a Master of Divinity in Pastoral & Spiritual Care from Iliff School of Theology and a Bachelor of Arts in Radio, Television, Film - Anthropology from the University of North Texas.
