Jessica Pardo

Jessica Pardo is an experienced professional in the fields of program management and social services, currently serving as a Program Manager at Inglis since November 2023 and a Permanency Specialist at Northeast Foster Care Inc since March 2023. With a long-standing commitment to social housing, Jessica has been a Housing Specialist at Volunteers of America Delaware Valley since 2017 and previously held the position of Regional Housing Coordinator at Inglis. From 2015 to 2022, Jessica was the Director of Kirby Family House, a Transitional Living Program focused on supporting families experiencing homelessness. Jessica holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and Human Resource Management from Colorado State University Global and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from King's College.
