Joyce D. Miller

Joyce D. Miller has extensive experience in veteran services and regulatory roles. Currently serving as the Veterans Services Coordinator at Volunteers of America Delaware Valley since February 2019, Joyce D. Miller acts as a liaison between the program and the community, developing proposals and maintaining relationships with various stakeholders. In addition, Joyce D. Miller has been a Veterans Support Specialist at a Non-Profit organization since December 2013. Previously, Joyce D. Miller worked for 31 years at the New Jersey Casino Control Commission as an Inspector/Gaming Regulator, responsible for overseeing all aspects of casino gaming. Joyce D. Miller holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Rowan University, earned between 1972 and 1977.
