Barbara Bressack

Barbara Bressack currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at Volunteers of America Michigan, a position held since July 2024. Previously, Barbara worked at Henry Ford Health System for two decades, holding various roles including Vice President of Strategy and Planning, Director of Planning & CON Strategy, and Manager of Leadership Development. Barbara's expertise encompasses organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and succession planning, with a focus on coaching and consulting. Barbara also contributed to the implementation of the Advanced Leadership Academy curriculum as a senior consultant. Educational qualifications include a Master of Health Services Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, both from the University of Michigan.
