Clifton Phillips

Clifton Phillips currently serves as the Vice President of Social Services at Volunteers of America Michigan and has been in this position since January 2025. Concurrently, Clifton is a Real Estate Agent with National Realty Centers, a role started in November 2019. Previously, Clifton held significant leadership positions including Vice President of Residential Services and Supportive Housing at Gesher Human Services from June 2022 to January 2025, and Vice President of Residential and Supportive Housing at JVS Detroit during the same timeframe. Additional experience includes serving as Regional Property Manager at Heritage Place Apartments, District Director of Operations for Eastern Michigan at Beacon Specialized Living, and Team Lead at Amrock. Educationally, Clifton earned a PhD in Organizational Leadership from North Central University in 2017 and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Northwood University's DeVos Graduate School, completed in 2011.
