Richard Hooks Wayman has held various leadership roles in social service nonprofit organizations, focusing on issues such as homelessness, child welfare, and youth development. Richard currently serves as President & CEO of Volunteers of America Northern New England, where Richard works to help the most vulnerable rebuild their lives through affordable housing and social services. Prior to this, Richard held positions such as National Executive Director at Children's Defense Fund and Chief Executive Officer at LUK, Inc. Throughout their career, Richard has been dedicated to advocating for the well-being of disadvantaged individuals and families.
