Courtney Green has been involved with the organization since 2015. She started in the Operations department and has since transitioned into the role of Vice President of Administration, where she oversees Human Resources, Recruitment, Leadership Development, and Payroll. Courtney is a certified human resource professional who is passionate about employee personal and professional development. She strives to make Volunteers of America an employer of choice in the human services space.
