Previously, Alisha served as the Managing Director of the Center for Housing Plus Services at LeadingAge, where Alisha launched initiatives to support older adults in their homes and communities. Prior to that, Alisha worked as a Senior Policy Research Associate, focusing on affordable senior housing and health services linkages. Alisha has a Master's in Public Affairs from The LBJ School of Public Affairs and a Bachelor's in Sociology from Rice University.
