Cassandra Pohlman

Cassandra Pohlman currently serves as the Director of Children’s Services at Volunteers of America, focusing on behavioral health for children and families in Indiana. Responsibilities include program development, training, and ensuring compliance with accreditation standards while implementing trauma-informed care. Cassandra has experience as a Family Coach assisting mothers with substance use disorder, and as a Therapist at Howard Health, utilizing evidence-based practices for individual therapy. Previous roles include Owner/Operator of Elite Beginnings Child Care, Human Resources Administrator at BCforward, and Health and Wellness Consultant at Cass Health Consults.
