Michelle Alm

Michelle Alm has over three decades of experience in human resources management, currently serving as Senior HRIS Manager at Volunteers of America since June 2009, having previously held the title of HRIS Manager. Prior roles include Human Resource Manager and Regional Human Resource Manager at Embassy Suites/Hilton Hotel Corporation from May 1998 to March 2009, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing daily HR operations for a 218-suite hotel, including recruiting, training, employee relations, and compliance with laws. Michelle initiated their career in human resources at Embassy Suites, working as Human Resource Manager from May 1988 to April 1998. Michelle studied at Normandale Community College.
