Rhonda Mower, CDE®, CPDC, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, MSM has extensive work experience in various leadership and human resources roles. Rhonda is currently a Member at Chief, a private network aimed at empowering women executives. Prior to this, Rhonda served as the Senior Vice President of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Volunteers of America, a prominent human services organization. Rhonda also held a position as a Board Member at SHRM-NOVA. In their earlier career, Rhonda worked at The Boeing Company as a Senior HR Business Partner and Acting Human Resources Manager. Rhonda was also a Human Resources Manager at RavenWing, Inc. (acquired by Boeing in 2008), a Regional Recruiter at Starbucks, and an Acting Director/Sr HR Generalist (Contractor) at New Technology Management, Inc. Rhonda began their career as an HR Director at Metropolitan Services Group. Overall, Rhonda Mower brings a wealth of experience and expertise in leadership, diversity and inclusion, human resources, and talent management.

Rhonda Mower, CDE®, CPDC, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, MSM has a diverse education history. Rhonda completed their Executive Leadership program at Cornell University. Rhonda also obtained a Master's Degree in Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness from Troy University in 2015. Rhonda holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from Virginia Commonwealth University.

In addition to their education, Rhonda has earned various certifications. Rhonda became a Certified Professional Diversity Coach (CPDC) from the CoachDiversity Institute in 2020. In 2017, they obtained the Certified Diversity Executive (CDE®) designation from The Society for Diversity. Rhonda also holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI, which they obtained in February 2016. Furthermore, they are a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), certified by SHRM in December 2015.
