Tiffany Gathers

Tiffany Gathers is an experienced professional in social impact development and nonprofit consulting, currently serving as the Senior Manager for Social Impact Development at Volunteers of America since February 2021. Previously, Tiffany held various roles at Catalyst Kitchens by FareStart, including Senior Manager of Consulting and Outreach and Program Development Manager, focusing on business development, program scaling, and stakeholder engagement for nonprofit organizations. Tiffany also gained valuable experience in community outreach and program management through positions at FareStart, Uganda Studies Program, and other organizations. Education includes a Master's degree in International Care and Community Development from Northwest University and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Seattle Pacific University.
