Julia Telford-Brown

Julia Telford-Brown is a Senior Product Manager at Völur since April 2023, with a robust background in product management and customer experience. Previously, Julia served as a Board Member of Wine-Searcher from January 2016 to August 2022, participating in monthly meetings to review the company's financial and strategic position. As a Customer Experience Architect at Wine-Searcher, Julia led Product and Design Teams, developing the product vision and roadmap. In the role of App Product Manager, Julia directed a cross-functional Agile team to create mobile applications while actively engaging with user feedback to address pain points. Earlier experience includes a part-time position as a Drama Department Assistant at St Cuthbert's College from January 2013 to June 2015. Julia is educated in company directorship through the Institute of Directors in New Zealand and holds a Product Management Course certification from General Assembly Australia.
