Jennifer started their career as a Recruiting Associate at GLG (Gerson Lehrman Group) in 2009, where they managed client relationships, executed time-sensitive projects, and conducted executive recruiting.

In 2010, they joined Business Talent Group as a Senior Associate in Talent Development and Client Services. Jennifer'sresponsibilities included sourcing candidates for interim operating or consulting projects and building a network of independent talent.

From 2013 to 2014, Jennifer worked as a Graduate Software Engineer Intern at Magento, gaining hands-on experience in software engineering.
