Emre Yigit ALPARSLAN

Emre Yigit ALPARSLAN has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Emre Yigit is currently working as the Head of Product, Interim at Volvero, a position they have held since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Venture Capital Scout at shl.vc from July 2021 to March 2022. In 2017, Emre founded Drive Buddy, a mobile telematics platform that was later acquired by Volvero in 2021. During their time at Drive Buddy, they raised government grants, made the company a European Horizon 2020 project, and analyzed millions of kilometers of driving data. From October 2020 to August 2021, Emre served as a Mobile Conversion Optimization Consultant at Automattic, where they led WordPress.com's mobile conversion optimization efforts. In 2015, they were a member of the organization team at Startup Istanbul, one of the largest startup events in the region, and also worked as a Mobile Application Developer at DataScore Inc. Emre's early work experience includes being a Product Manager intern at Etiya in 2014.

Emre Yigit ALPARSLAN has a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science from Middle East Technical University. Prior to that, they attended Ordu Science High School, where they studied Science and Math.
