Pedro Cifuentes

Pedro Cifuentes has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as Subgerente de Personas y Cultura Organizacional at Volvo Chile since October 2016, Pedro has held multiple roles, including Chief Volvo Academy and HR Business Partner. Prior to this, Pedro was an HR Business Partner at SK Rental S.A., where responsibilities included supporting operations across multiple Latin American countries. Pedro's earlier experience includes working as a Specialist in Organizational Development at SKC_Chile and as an Analyst in Organizational Development at Aramark. Pedro holds a Master's degree in People and Organizational Management from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, obtained in December 2022.
