Erwin Listya Budi

Erwin Listya Budi began their work experience in 1996 as a Junior Civil Engineer at PT PP (Persero) Tbk. Erwin Listya then joined United Tractors in 1997, starting as a participant in the Business Consultant Development Program. During their time at United Tractors, Erwin took on various roles, including Junior Business Consultant, Senior Business Consultant (responsible for machine sales in specific regions and sectors), and Sales Manager (managing a sales team and key account customers). In 2019, Erwin became the Head of Commercial Key Account at Volvo Construction Equipment. Throughout their career, Erwin focused on developing the heavy equipment market in sectors such as mining, agriculture, construction, and forestry, while also ensuring sales targets were met.

Erwin Listya Budi obtained a Sarjana degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Brawijaya, where they studied from 1991 to 1996. In 2015, they completed the Astra Middle Management Program at the Astra Management Development Institute (AMDI). In 2018, they also attended the Astra Senior Management Program at AMDI. Currently, Erwin is pursuing a Master of Management degree with a focus on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services at Binus Business School. Erwin Listya is expected to graduate in 2024.
