Herron Chad

Herron Chad is an accomplished warranty specialist with extensive experience in the heavy equipment industry. Currently serving as a Sr. Warranty Specialist at Volvo Construction Equipment since June 2023, Herron has a robust background that includes multiple roles at Volvo Penta of the Americas from April 2017, progressing from Warranty Administrator to Warranty Manager. Prior to this, Herron held the position of Warranty Manager at Lawrence Equipment for a year and also served as Warranty Manager at Highway Equipment & Supply Co from June 2008 to February 2016.
