James Bretz

James Bretz has extensive experience in the construction equipment industry, currently serving as the Connectivity Services Support Manager at Volvo Construction Equipment since March 2013. In this role, James drives growth in Connectivity Services and analyzes market and dealer activity within the North American hub. Previously, James held the position of Director of Uptime & Connected Services, overseeing service solutions, product development, and strategy for the Americas region. Additionally, James worked as a Senior Telematics Support Specialist, supporting dealers and enhancing engagement with CareTrack. Prior experience includes managing service operations at Highway Equipment & Supply Co. and serving as Fleet Operations Manager for the PA Department of Transportation, where oversight involved a large fleet of vehicles and equipment. James holds educational qualifications from HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College, and Harrisburg High.
