Jamie Knupp

Jamie Knupp is an experienced professional in the field of engineering and business management, currently serving as the Head of Uptime and Technical Services for North America at Volvo Construction Equipment since July 2024. Prior to this role, Jamie held the position of Group Manager for Diagnostic Engineering at Volvo Trucks North America from August 2022 to July 2024. Jamie's extensive background at Volvo Construction Equipment includes various managerial and project roles, including Head of Road Product Support in Hameln and Project Manager for multiple initiatives. Earlier experience includes project coordination at Volvo Construction Equipment Rents, fiscal analysis for the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue, and administrative support at the Pennsylvania Governor's Office. Jamie holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s of Science in International Business/Marketing, both from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
