Marie-Pierre Saint Viteux has extensive work experience in human resources and management roles. Marie-Pierre first worked at American Express, starting in 1979 as an Operational Department Manager responsible for managing a department of 30 employees. Marie-Pierre then became an HR Director, overseeing management recruitment, salaries and benefits, and job evaluations. After leaving American Express, Marie-Pierre joined Volvo Construction Equipment in 1995. Marie-Pierre held various positions, including Director of Management Support & Project, where they managed internal function changes, recruitment, and training session organization. Marie-Pierre ultimately became the Vice President of HR Management, where they were in charge of human resources for the company's Brussels site and the Marketing and Product Planning function worldwide. In this role, they assisted the Senior Vice President of HR in developing and implementing the company's HR strategy and policies.
Marie-Pierre Saint Viteux obtained a Master's Degree in Economics from the Louvain School of Management, completing their education from 1974 to 1978.
