Tracy Xiang

Tracy Xiang has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Tracy started their career in 2006 as an HR Manager at Ingersoll Rand China Investment Co., Ltd, where they worked until 2008. Tracy then joined Volvo Penta as an HR Business Partner for the Asia region, and later became the HR Business Partner for the EM&APAC region. In 2015, Tracy joined Volvo Construction Equipment as the VP HR for the China region, and eventually took on the role of Head of HR for Region Asia in February 2020.

Tracy Xiang received a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Donghua University in 1995. Tracy later pursued a Diploma of Post Graduate in Applied Psychology at East China Normal University from 2004 to 2006.
