Randy Carter

Randy Carter is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in sales administration and relationship management. Currently serving as District Finance Manager at Volvo Financial Services since January 2020, Randy previously held the role of VP Relationship Manager at Navistar Capital - BMO Transportation Finance from August 2007 until December 2019, transitioning to BMO after the acquisition of GE Capital's Transportation Finance group. Randy's career began at Tractor & Equipment Company, where responsibilities included arranging customer financing, managing in-house finance portfolios, overseeing rental inventory payables, and leading a team of ten administrative personnel. Randy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing/Management from the University of Montevallo.
