Anders Rosen

Anders Rosen has extensive experience in change management, project management, and digital transformation within the automotive industry, currently serving as Manager Change & Project Management at Volvo Group since September 2006. In this role, Anders oversees people and line management for change and project management consultants and leads the chapter for digital delivery. Prior to this, significant positions included Principal Digital Consultant and Head of Product Development Solutions at Mack Trucks, where responsibilities encompassed business transformation and harmonizing IT organizations. Anders began career at Saab Automobile AB as Technical Project Manager and progressed through various roles at Volvo Group, showcasing expertise in purchasing solutions, engineering management, and business project management. Educational background includes a Master of Science in Engineering Physics and a Master in Technology Management from Chalmers University of Technology, along with various certifications in management, leadership, and digital transformation from esteemed institutions.
