Kristoffer Qvist

Kristoffer Qvist is an experienced HR professional, currently serving as VP of Total Rewards and Analytics at Volvo Group since March 2013, following various leadership roles including Director of Compensation and Benefits and Acting Director of Talent and Leadership. Kristoffer has a proven track record in leading teams and implementing HR strategies, particularly in the areas of compensation and benefits, talent management, and employer branding. Prior experience at AkzoNobel includes Compensation & Benefits Specialist and Solution Manager for payroll integration, contributing to significant HR IT projects. Kristoffer holds two M.Sc. degrees in International Project Management from Chalmers University of Technology and Northumbria University, as well as a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Chalmers University of Technology.
