Melinda Vass

Melinda Vass is the Head of Employee Experience Communication at Volvo Group Digital & IT since November 2022, following a relocation to Gothenburg, fulfilling a long-held dream to work abroad. Prior to this, Melinda Vass served in various roles at Bosch Magyarország from February 2014 to November 2022, including Employer Branding Expert for the Adria Region, where responsibilities included strategic planning for employer branding and driving employee experience initiatives across multiple countries. Additional roles involved team leadership, project coordination in diversity initiatives, and managing branding activities for the Engineering Center Budapest. Melinda Vass started the career at Sziget Cultural Management Ltd. as a Promotional Assistant (2010-2014) and holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Science with a specialization in Economic Diplomacy from Budapest University of Economics and Business, as well as studies at Université catholique de Lille.
