Miles Romello

Miles Romello is an experienced cyber security professional currently serving as the Head of Global Cyber Security Operations at Volvo Group since April 2025. Previously, Miles held the position of Sr Director Global Cyber Security and Compliance at JELD-WEN, Inc. from April 2024 to April 2025, and Sr Director Global Cyber Security Operations at VF Corporation from October 2017 to December 2023. Throughout the career, responsibilities have included leading security operations departments, developing vision and strategy, and overseeing various sub-programs such as vulnerability management and incident response. Earlier roles include Director Global Security Operations and Principal Partner at Syzygy Solutions LLC. Miles holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Management Information Systems and Services from Strayer University and attended Forsyth Technical Community College.
