Petteri Alin

Petteri Alin currently serves as the Director and Head of Cybersecurity Analytics and Reporting at Volvo Group, a role initiated in December 2023, focusing on enhancing threat detection and providing data-driven insights within the Cyber Defense Center. Prior to this position, Alin was with Nordea from February 2021 to November 2023, serving as a Business Information Security Officer and as a Senior Advisor in Cybersecurity and Risk, where responsibilities included managing information security risks and leading strategic initiatives. Alin's earlier experience includes a tenure at Deloitte from September 2016 to January 2021 as an Assistant Manager, leading cybersecurity consulting projects, along with roles as a Senior Consultant and Consultant. The career began with Telia Finland in a trainee position in IT in 2015. Alin holds a Master of Science in Technology with a focus on Information Security and Cryptography from the University of Turku, supplemented by an exchange program at the University of Szeged.
