Rob Wells

Rob Wells is an experienced HR Business Partner, currently serving at Volvo Group and Prevost since January 2019, focusing on support for various service centers and operational functions in the Central and West US and non-Quebec Canada. Prior to this, Rob held multiple roles at Fluor Corporation from 2009 to 2019, advancing from HR Operations Coordinator to Global Employee Relations & Human Resources Compliance Manager, overseeing global employee relations and HR compliance initiatives. Rob's earlier experience includes a role as a Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley and service as an Engineer Officer in the US Army. Rob holds an MBA from the University of South Carolina and a BBA from the University of Cincinnati.
