Ruggero Guerin

Ruggero Guerin has extensive experience in talent acquisition and training management, currently serving as Senior Talent Acquisition at Volvo Group since October 2021. Prior to this role, Ruggero held positions at Volvo Trucks, including Sales & After Sales Training Manager from October 2017 to October 2021 and Learning Expertise Instructional Designer from January 2016 to October 2017. Ruggero's career began at Renault Trucks, where a range of roles spanned from Competence Development Project Manager to International Network Aftersales Customer Care from January 2003 to January 2016. Early career experience also includes a role as Commercial Manager at Eurolame France from November 1999 to December 2002. Ruggero's educational background includes a Diploma di Maturità Classica from Liceo Classico Alessandro Manzoni and studies in Philosophy and Work Psychology at Università degli Studi di Milano.
