Susanne Hedberg

Susanne Hedberg has a diverse background in human resources and talent development, currently serving as the Head of VGU Sweden and Head of Learning Expertise at Volvo Group since March 2022. In these roles, Susanne leads a team of Learning Experts and manages partnerships and instructional design within the corporate university, fostering a culture of lifelong learning. Previously, Susanne held positions including Talent & Leadership Specialist, where the focus was on enhancing performance management approaches, and Acting Director of People & Organizational Development, overseeing HR specialists in various global support areas. Susanne's earlier career included roles as a Recruitment Consultant and Recruiter at Kontorsfixarna, Arbetsförmedlingen, and Proffice. Susanne is currently pursuing a Diploma in Professional Coaching from Gothia Akademi and holds a BSc in Psychology from the University of Gothenburg.
