Virginie Favre has extensive experience in quality management and continuous improvement, currently serving as Manager of Quality & Continuous Improvement at Volvo Group since October 2011. Favre has led the development of the VPS area for Group IT, providing problem-solving expertise and promoting a quality mindset across IT units. Previous roles include Special Assignment Leader and Deputy Director of Quality, focusing on transforming IT operations and managing strategic initiatives. With a background in project management at Capgemini Consulting, Favre has led various transformation projects, particularly in the organizational domain, and holds a Master’s degree in Management of Information Systems from IAE FRANCE. Additional qualifications include a First-Aid certificate and ongoing consulting training at Capgemini Institute.
