Gangadhar Somasundaram has extensive experience in the automotive industry, having held significant leadership roles at Volvo Trucks India and Volvo Trucks South Africa over a span of 14 years. At Volvo Trucks India, Gangadhar served as Vice President GTO-IM and was the Site Head at Hoskote, in addition to various managerial positions focused on production and logistics. In South Africa, Gangadhar was the Plant Director for GTO-IM. Prior to tenure at Volvo, Gangadhar worked at Ashok Leyland, where roles included Production Leader and Production Trainee. Gangadhar holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from B. M. S. College of Engineering and completed an eGMP at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
