Gauri Sankar

Gauri Sankar currently serves as an HR Business Partner at Volvo Trucks India, a role held since November 2022, having previously held positions as a Management Trainee in Human Resources and a Human Resources Intern. At Balaji Institute of Management and Human Resource Development, Gauri held the position of President of the Students Council from September 2022 to June 2023 and contributed to corporate project studies. An internship in the L&OD Department at KALPATARU POWER TRANSMISSION LIMITED included collaboration on an employee engagement initiative. Additionally, Gauri’s experience with corporate project studies involved sourcing companies for corporate relations. Gauri's leadership skills were demonstrated as the first female Senior Cadet Captain of the 3(K) Naval Unit, NCC. Gauri holds an MBA in Personam Management and Human Resource Development from Sri Balaji University, Pune, and a BA in English Language and Literature from Sree Narayana College, Kollam.
