Felton Gilmore

Felton Gilmore is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in emergency management, maritime consultancy, and regulatory compliance. Currently serving as the Emergency Management and Preparedness Officer/Plant Incident Commander at Volvo Trucks North America, Felton is responsible for developing and implementing risk analysis and emergency preparedness programs. Prior to this role, Felton operated as a self-employed maritime consultant, providing expertise in project management and environmental response strategies. A former Director and Division Branch Chief for the U.S. Coast Guard, Felton directed national recreational boating safety programs and managed volunteer initiatives. With a career spanning over three decades in various capacities within the Coast Guard, Felton's expertise includes marine inspections, compliance oversight, and international maritime safety initiatives. Educational credentials include a Master of Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Behavioral Science & Religion from East Texas Baptist University.
