Gregory Pfaff

Gregory Pfaff is an experienced professional with a diverse background in both emergency medical services and manufacturing. Currently serving as an absentee replacement at Volvo Trucks North America since September 2020, Gregory has previously held various roles, including Advanced EMT and Emergency Medical Technician with the Riner Volunteer Rescue Squad and CARILION CLINIC, respectively. Gregory’s technical skills were honed through years of work as a Lead Technician at Aegisound and in production at Volvo Trucks, alongside customer service experience in the tech industry. Gregory's educational credentials include an Associate Degree in Nursing from New River Community College and multiple certifications in emergency medical services and Lean Six Sigma.
